Centurion Covenant was founded by Shannon and Marialle Cruz. It is veteran-owned, faith- and family-oriented, and guided by Christian values — and it welcomes and serves people of every background and belief.

MSKG Covenant Holdings LLC is the company behind Centurion Covenant. Centurion Covenant is the public-facing master brand under which CentiWear, CentiCoffee, and Centurion Covenant Wellness operate.

Centurion Covenant and its founders do not provide medical care, do not diagnose conditions, and do not prescribe treatment — all medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment offered through Centurion Covenant Wellness are provided independently by its connected licensed healthcare providers.
